Put your dancing shoes on and come with me to an old fashion sock hop down at the Salisbury High School gym. All of our CHEERWINE friends will be there and a great time is sure to be had!! We will be serving ice cold CHEERWINE as refreshments and may even play a few slow songs for you lovebirds. Turn that speaker volume up and enjoy this great music from the past and some neat CHEERWINE oldies.
CHEERWINE only made two of these great trays, however I hope that the company will release a few new ones to add to the series. They are well made and display great in anyone's collection. If anyone has the orginal poster of the lady above, I would love to hear from you. My email is: blakescheerwineoldies@yahoo.com
Now here is a neat CHEERWINE item!! These matches were produced by the Granite Falls plant. These are the only ones I have ever seen, and trust me...I LOOK FOR THESE EVERYWHERE!! I would fall out of my chair is someone would email me with one of these to sell. If you do have an extra one of these to trade or sell...please put "Blake, sit down in your chair" in the subject line when you send me your email! LOL :-)
Ahhh...love at first sight!! This was a great item I received from my friends in CHEERWINEVILLE. This is a mylar balloon used during a CHEERWINE promotion. Things like this mean so much to me. I cherish every item I get and the friendships I make are priceless. Thanks to everyone at the plant for making me so happy with this item.
A CHEERWINE fan's greatest invention!! It's CHEERWINE BBQ sauce and a CHEERWINE grill. What will the fine folks at CHEERWINE come up with next?? Before long, we will have CHEERWINE scented shampoo and CHEERWINE flavored toothpaste! LOL Hey...I think I am on to something!! LOL :-)
This is a box cutter that I have added to my collection. I have another one on the previous page that is also a classic. This CHEERWINE item gets my foot a tapping! :-)
This is an early receipt book that the drivers would give to the store owners upon receiving their CHEERWINE. There is a different paper item also on the previous page. I hope to share more paper items with you as I find them.
Turn your speaker volume up and enjoy these neat reproduction trays. CHEERWINE has done a great job of capturing the past. This lady with the dart board is one of the four posters that CHEERWINE produced in the early 1940's. The other two can be seen on my "Advertising" page. These trays make a great addition to any CHEERWINE fan's home. You can find these today in the CHEERWINE store or check the "Trading Post" on the main page to see if anyone has one to trade.
WELCOME TO THE CHEERWINE SOCK HOP!!
Dick Clark has been sharing his love of music for many years. From his early years hosting the American Bandstand to his annual New Years Rockin' Eve, he has been a part of a lot of memories for both young and old.
From 1917 to today, CHEERWINE has been there with us during a lot of history. Many different eras and fads and those burgandy bubbles are still popping!! :-) CHEERWINE is coming out with so many neat promotions that I can not wait to see what they will come up with next. I am sure that whatever they do will be done first class!! If you get time, please go to the official CHEERWINE website (www.cheerwine.com) and let them know how much CHEERWINE has meant to you. Not just a crave story, but really let them know that we thank them for giving us this Carolina Treasure!! I'm sure it will make them happy to hear from us fans and know that all the hard work they do, is worth it!! Enjoy more CHEERWINE collectables by clicking the icon below and thanks again for coming to the old fashioned sock hop!!
The music playing on this page is sure to bring back some great memories if you grew up in the 50s & 60's. Take a minute to remember your old school dances and some of the great times you had.
